These Terms apply to all mobile games published by Tola Games, an independent game studio based in India (the "Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. License & Age

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our Apps on devices you own, for personal non-commercial use. Our Apps are intended for users 13 and older. If you are under 13, please do not use our Apps.

2. Fair Use

Don't use our Apps for unlawful purposes, don't try to break or reverse-engineer them, and don't interfere with other users' play. We may suspend access for behavior that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful.

3. Ads & Purchases

Our Apps are free to play and supported by non-personalized ads served through third-party advertising partners. Optional in-app purchases (e.g., Remove Ads) are processed by Apple or Google — we don't handle payment information. Refund requests go through the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, art, music, and other content in our Apps is owned by Tola Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. As-Is & Liability

Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tola Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes will be heard in the competent courts of India. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
