These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to all mobile applications published by Tola Games (the "Apps"). Tola Games is the trade name of an individual developer based in Hyderabad, India. The Apps are available globally; if you access them from outside India you are responsible for complying with any local laws that may apply. By downloading, installing or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Apps.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tola Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use our Apps on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Age Requirement

Our Apps are intended for users aged 13 years or older. By using any App you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not use our Apps.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Apps for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may damage, disable, overburden or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Apps, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to them. Tola Games reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any conduct that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful or objectionable.

4. Advertisements

Our Apps may display rewarded video advertisements provided by third-party ad networks and mediation platforms (including Unity LevelPlay/ironSource, Unity Ads, and Google AdMob). These networks may collect device information to serve and personalise ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings.

5. In-App Purchases

Some of our Apps offer optional in-app purchases. All transactions are processed by the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not handle payment information directly. Refund requests should be directed to the respective store. Purchased items are non-transferable and may only be used within the App in which they were purchased.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Apps use third-party services including Unity Engine, Unity LevelPlay/ironSource (ad mediation), Firebase (for analytics), Cloudflare (for content delivery), and ad providers. Each service has its own privacy policy and terms; your use of those services is subject to their terms, not these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code and materials contained in our Apps are the property of Tola Games or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tola Games disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tola Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of our Apps.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. If you access the App from another country, you agree that Indian law will still apply to your use of our Apps, to the fullest extent permitted by local regulations.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to the Terms

Tola Games may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
