Tola Games is an independent game studio that publishes mobile games (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy covers what's collected when you use our Apps or visit this website. By using the Apps, you agree to this Policy.

1. Age

Our Apps are for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents who believe their child has used our Apps may email us at contact@tolagames.com to request deletion.

2. What We Collect

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or other directly identifying personal data. Third-party services used by our Apps may automatically collect:

• Device & usage data — device model, OS version, IP address, gameplay events; used for analytics and crash fixes.
• Advertising ID — used only for non-personalized ad serving (see below).
• Purchase history — if you make an in-app purchase, the platform (Apple or Google) records the transaction.

We do not run our own servers. All data is processed by the third-party services listed in section 5 — we never see payment information.

3. Non-Personalized Ads

Our Apps show ads through third-party advertising partners. Every ad is non-personalized. Before any ad component initializes, we set a "denied" consent flag for all users in all regions, so ads are based on the game's content rather than your browsing history or cross-app activity. On Apple devices we do not show a tracking prompt because no tracking identifier is collected. On Android, we send the "do not sell" signal by default.

4. In-App Purchases

Optional purchases (e.g., Remove Ads) are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store payment information. Refund requests go to Apple or Google directly, under their policies.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Apps rely on standard third-party services for gameplay analytics, crash reporting, content delivery, and advertising. Each such service has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data. Email us at contact@tolagames.com for specifics.

6. Your Rights

To delete local data, uninstall the App. To request deletion of data held by our third-party partners, email contact@tolagames.com and we will help route your request.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data. Because we serve only non-personalized ads, there is no personalized-ad consent for you to withdraw. Email us to exercise any right.
