Tola Games (an individual developer based in Hyderabad, India) publishes mobile applications (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use any of our Apps or visit our related websites.

Our Apps are published worldwide and may be accessed from countries outside India. If you use an App from another jurisdiction, please be aware that information may be transferred to and processed in India where our developer operations are based. Your use signifies consent to such transfer and to this Policy.

1. Age Restriction

Our Apps are intended for users aged 13 years and older. If you are under 13, please do not use our Apps. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; parents who believe their child has provided information may contact us to request deletion.

2. Information We Collect

  • Device & usage data: automatically collected information such as device identifiers, operating system, IP address, and gameplay events.
  • Advertising identifiers: to serve personalized ads we may access the device advertising ID.
  • Firebase analytics: anonymized analytics data used to improve our Apps.

We do not collect names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly personally identifiable information ourselves.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on the following legal bases for processing data through our third-party partners:

  • Consent: You consent to data collection when you agree to our terms on first launch. You may withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the App or resetting your device advertising identifier.
  • Legitimate interest: Analytics data is used to improve app performance and fix bugs. Advertising data is used to fund the free-to-play experience.

4. Advertisements

Our Apps may display rewarded video advertisements through third-party ad providers and mediation platforms. These partners may collect device identifiers and usage information to serve and personalise ads. You may opt out of personalised ads in your device settings. Current ad partners include:

  • Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) for ad mediation
  • Unity Ads
  • Google AdMob

5. In-App Purchases

Some of our Apps offer optional in-app purchases (e.g. ad removal). All purchases are processed by the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not collect or store any payment information. Refunds are handled by the respective store according to their policies.

We do not sell or share your personal information. Third-party ad partners may use device identifiers to serve personalised ads, which you can disable via your device settings (Limit Ad Tracking on iOS, Opt Out of Ads Personalisation on Android).

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We do not store your personal data on our own servers. Data collected by third-party partners is retained according to their policies. To remove locally stored data, uninstall the App or clear its cache. To request deletion of data held by third-party services, contact us at contact@tolagames.com and we will help facilitate your request.

9. International Data Transfers

Our third-party partners (Firebase, ad networks) may transfer and process data in the United States and other countries outside your home jurisdiction. These transfers are governed by each partner's own data processing agreements and safeguards. By using our Apps, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in these locations.

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of our Apps after updates constitutes acceptance.
